What’s new in Krevlo

New features and improvements, newest first.

Automatic chase emails are switched off for now.

  1. Forward deals from more than one inbox

    Q4 2026Version 1.8

    • New:Forward deal emails to deals@inbound.krevlo.com from a work address or an assistant’s inbox, not only the one you sign in with. Add the address in Settings, under Organization, and confirm it from the link we email to it.

  2. Less clicking to keep deals up to date

    Q4 2026Version 1.7

    • New:Your dashboard opens with a to-do list: deals that are late, ready to invoice or due this week, each with one button to move it on.
    • Improved:Due dates fill themselves in from the invoice date and payment terms.
    • Improved:An invoiced deal counts as overdue the day after it was due, without you moving it by hand.
    • Improved:Deals take three taps from signed to paid: mark live, create the payment summary, mark paid.

  3. Krevlo on your phone

    • New:Add Krevlo to your phone’s Home Screen and it opens full screen, straight to your dashboard, like an app.
    • New:Sign in with the code from your sign-in email. Type it on any device, including Krevlo on your Home Screen, instead of clicking the link.

  4. Bigger, more careful imports

    Q4 2026Version 1.5

    • Improved:Import a spreadsheet of up to 2,000 deals in one go. Krevlo reads every row on the first sheet and points out anything it could not read, so you can correct it before you import.
    • Improved:When a spreadsheet or email has no amount for a deal, the amount stays blank and the deal waits as a draft for you to fill in, instead of showing $0.
    • Improved:When a spreadsheet or email does not say which currency a deal is in, Krevlo uses your default currency and asks you to check it.

  5. Forwarding reads attachments

    • Improved:Forward a deal email with a PDF contract or a spreadsheet (XLSX or CSV) attached, and Krevlo reads the attachment too.
    • Improved:If a forwarded email is missing details, Krevlo saves it as a draft deal for you to finish instead of turning it away.

  6. You decide when chasing starts

    • Improved:Chasing is now opt-in for each deal. Nothing goes to a brand until you switch it on and confirm.
    • Improved:The last two emails in a chase sequence are softer and more professional.
    • Improved:Setup now asks for the payment due date and the brand’s contact email, so your first deal is ready to chase when you switch chasing on.

  7. Know what brands say back

    • New:When a brand replies to a chase email, Krevlo shows you the reply and labels it: paying soon, already paid, disputing or out of office. Chasing on that deal pauses when they say they’re paying, they’ve already paid, or they dispute it.
    • New:A recent activity feed on your dashboard shows brand replies, chases sent, deals that just went overdue and payments received.
    • New:Forward deal emails to deals@inbound.krevlo.com from the address you sign in with, and Krevlo turns them into draft deals for you to review and confirm.
    • New:Preview the next chase email for any deal, and skip a stage you don’t want sent.
    • New:Write your own email for each stage of a chase sequence (Team plan).
    • Improved:The chase page shows why a chase is paused, flags brands that haven’t replied to your chases, and suggests a call when the silence passes a week.
    • New:Account owners can invite teammates by email. They join your team when they sign up for Krevlo with that address.
    • New:Mark an overdue deal paid or pause its chase from the links in your daily digest.

  8. Earlier reminders, easier sign-in

    • New:Chase sequences can start with a friendly heads-up to the brand three days before a payment is due.
    • Improved:Dashboard totals are shown per currency, so they never mix dollars, pounds and euros.
    • Improved:Move a deal to any stage from its status menu, not just the next one.

    • Improved:Krevlo spots a brand you’ve already added before you add it twice.

  9. Where it started

    • New:Your money dashboard: what you’re owed, what’s overdue and what’s due this week, with payment aging and average days to get paid.

    • New:Drop in up to 10 spreadsheets or PDF contracts and Krevlo pulls out the deal details for you to check before they’re added.
    • New:Chase sequences: up to five follow-up emails for each unpaid deal, sent to the brand’s finance contact when you have one. You choose how many days after the due date each one is due.
